Services & Pricing

EVERY SERVICE,
WITH THE PRICE
NEXT TO IT.

Most HVAC companies make you call to find out what anything costs. Here’s the whole list with real ranges from real jobs.

What I Do

Services

Eight things, priced. The ranges are honest ranges — a capacitor on an easy-access unit is at the bottom, a sealed high-efficiency system in a cramped attic is at the top. I tell you which one you are before I start.

AC Repair

Not cooling, freezing up, blowing warm, tripping the breaker, or making a noise it didn’t used to make. I diagnose it, show you the failed part, and price the fix before I touch it.

Service call & full diagnosis$89 – $125
Capacitor replacement$150 – $350
Contactor replacement$325 – $475
Refrigerant recharge$200 – $600
Blower motor$800 – $4,200

New System Installation

When repair stops making sense. I size the system for your house rather than just matching whatever was there before, and the install includes the pad, the whip, the disconnect, the drain lines and the permit.

Straight-cool system, installed$8,000 – $10,000
Heat pump system, installed$9,000 – $11,500
17–18 SEER2 high-efficiency$13,000 – $18,000

Heating & Furnace Repair

North Texas heat gets the attention, but a furnace that won’t light on the first cold night is just as urgent. Same approach: diagnose, show you, price it, fix it.

Service call & full diagnosis$89 – $125
Thermostat replacement$200 – $650

Maintenance & Tune-Ups

Two visits a year — one before summer, one before winter. Coils, drain lines, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, capacitor readings. It’s the cheapest thing you can do to avoid the expensive thing.

Ductwork & Airflow

One room that never gets cold is almost never a thermostat problem. Undersized returns, crushed flex, disconnected runs and leaking plenums are what I actually find.

Ductwork replacement$6,500 – $18,000

Attic Insulation Inspection

Your attic is where the money leaves. I check depth and coverage while I’m up there and tell you honestly whether it’s worth addressing.

Light Commercial HVAC

Small offices, shops, salons, restaurants and rental property. Same pricing approach, scheduled around your business hours instead of mine.

Service call & diagnosis$89 – $125

Refrigeration

Coolers and refrigeration for residential and light commercial. If it holds a temperature and it stopped, call me.

Service call & diagnosis$89 – $125

Why ranges instead of one price? Because a flat number on a website is either padded to cover the worst case or it’s bait that grows when I arrive. The range is the truth. You get the exact number, in person, before any work starts.

Service Area

Where I Work

This list used to be Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and ten other cities across the Metroplex — and it left out North Richland Hills, where you’re based. Now it leads with the cities you actually cover most, and every one links to a page about that city.

I go all over North Texas — Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Denton and everything between. The cities above are just the ones I’m in most weeks. If you don’t see yours, call and ask.

Four Boxes, Not Ten

Your old quote form demanded ten required fields before it would submit — including a required appointment date and time, a service address, and a property type checkbox. That’s a lot to ask from someone sweating in a hot house. Here’s the short version.

In a hurry? Don’t use the form. Call (817) 888-7998 or text me — that’s always faster.

Get On The Schedule

Call or text and you reach the owner directly. Same-day service most days.
