AC Quit On You?I Can Be There Today.

I’m Anthony Marquez. I own Air 4 North Texas, I answer my own phone, and I’m the one who shows up at your door — not a salesman, and not a different tech every visit.

Service calls run $89–$125. You’ll know the repair price before I pick up a tool.

What Things Actually Cost

Most HVAC companies around here won’t put a number on their website. I will. These are real ranges from real jobs — not a teaser rate that doubles when I get there.

JobTypical range
Service call & diagnosis$89 – $125
Capacitor replacement$150 – $350
Contactor replacement$325 – $475
Refrigerant recharge$200 – $600
Thermostat replacement$200 – $650
Blower motor$800 – $4,200
New straight-cool system, installed$8,000 – $10,000
New heat pump system, installed$9,000 – $11,500
17–18 SEER2 high-efficiency system$13,000 – $18,000
Ductwork replacement$6,500 – $18,000

Why the ranges? A capacitor on an easy-access unit is cheap. Same part on a rooftop package unit in August takes longer. I’ll give you the exact number over the phone or after a look — and I don’t start work until you say go.

Why Family-Owned Matters

This Is Who You’re Calling

Every HVAC company in North Texas says “family-owned” on their website. Here’s mine. When you call (817) 888-7998, you get me — and these four are the reason I’m not going to overcharge you or disappear on a job.

The big outfits send a salesman first, then a tech you’ve never met, and the price depends on which one showed up. I don’t have that problem. I quote it, I do the work, and I’m the one you call if something’s wrong six months later.

A family business with family prices — that’s not a slogan I made up for the website. It’s why my service call is $89 instead of $150, and why I’ll tell you when a repair isn’t worth doing.

What I Do

Repairs, Installs, Maintenance & Inspections

Residential and light commercial, across North Texas. Same guy every visit.

Emergency AC & Heat Repair

Nights, weekends, holidays. I diagnose the actual fault instead of guessing at parts, and I tell you the price before anything gets replaced.

From $89

System Replacement

Straight-cool, heat pump, or high-efficiency. Load-calculated so you get the right size — oversizing is the most common mistake I find in this area.

From $8,000 installed

Maintenance & Tune-Ups

Spring and fall. Coil cleaning, refrigerant check, electrical inspection, drain clear. The cheapest way to avoid a July emergency.

Ductwork & Airflow

Leaky, undersized or crushed duct is why one room never cools. I fix the airflow instead of selling you a bigger unit.

From $6,500

Mini-Splits

Garages, additions, shops, and rooms your main system was never sized to reach.

Inspections

HVAC equipment, ductwork, attic insulation and indoor air quality — standalone, whether or not you buy anything from me.

How It Works

What Happens When You Call

1

You call or text

I answer. Not a call center, not a voicemail tree. Text me a photo of the unit or the model sticker if it’s easier.

2

I tell you the cost

Service call is $89–125. If I can guess the problem from your description, I’ll tell you the likely repair range right then.

3

I diagnose it

I find the actual fault and show you. Then you get a firm price before I touch anything.

4

You decide

Fix it today, or think about it. No pressure, no “today only” pricing, and I’ll tell you honestly if a repair isn’t worth it.

Reviews

Why There Are No Reviews Here Yet

Air 4 North Texas is one person. I would rather show you nothing than put up a review I could not stand behind.

Every customer from here on gets asked for an honest review. When there are real ones, with real names, they go right here.
