I’m Anthony Marquez. I own Air 4 North Texas, I hold the state license the company operates under, and I’m the one on the roof, in the attic, and under the house.

My wife and three kids are the reason this business exists. That’s not a marketing line — it’s the whole business model. When you pay me, you’re paying a household in North Richland Hills, not a private-equity group in another state. It’s why I’d rather tell you your capacitor is fine than sell you a system you don’t need. I have to live here.

Promises, Not A Mission Statement

This page used to have three boxes labelled Our Purpose, Our Mission and Our Vision. Every HVAC company in Texas has those boxes and they all say the same thing. Here’s what I’ll actually promise instead — things you could hold against me if I broke them.

I show you the broken part

Before I replace anything, I show you the failed component and the reading that proves it failed. If I can’t show you, I haven’t earned the repair.

You get the price before I start

You approve a number before a wrench moves. It doesn’t change once the work is done unless we find something new — and then we stop and talk first.

Repair before replace

If your system has years left in it, I’ll tell you that, even though the repair pays me a fraction of what a new system would.

I answer my own phone

Call or text (817) 888-7998 and you reach me directly. Nights and weekends too. If I’m under a house I’ll call you back, not an answering service.

Licensed and insured, verifiable

Texas licence TACLA118169C. You can look that up with the state before you let me in your house, and you should.

I clean up

Old parts leave with me. Drop cloths go down. Your attic looks like I was never there.

What I’m Not

I’d rather lose a job than waste your afternoon, so here’s where I’m honestly not the right call:

  • I’m not a 40-truck operation. If your building has a full rooftop package system and needs four technicians on site tomorrow, you want a bigger shop. I do residential and light commercial.
  • I’m not the cheapest quote you’ll get. There’s always someone who’ll do it for less by skipping the pad, the whip, the drain line, or the permit. That’s what makes them cheaper.
  • I don’t have hundreds of online reviews yet. I started this in 2021 and I’ve spent that time working, not chasing review links. I’d rather you judge me on the walkthrough I give you at your own system.
