$16/month ($192/year) for your first system · $8/month ($96/year) for each additional system
A full cooling check before summer and a heating check before winter. Coil cleaning, refrigerant check, electrical inspection, drain clear, and a written condition report.
Members get 10% off any repair. You still get the price before I start, same as always.

Nights, weekends and holidays cost the same as a Tuesday morning.
Every year you’re a member earns $100 toward a new heating or air system, up to $500. The credit stays as long as your membership stays active.
I know your system’s history because I’m the one who worked on it last time.

Fine print: Tune-ups are scheduled during normal business hours. Unused visits expire at the end of the term. The new-system credit has no cash value and is forfeited if the membership lapses or is cancelled.
